Below are answers to our most frequently asked questions: 

  1. Why can't I see any prices?  This is a wholesale site so you need to have an account and be logged in to be able to see prices and order product.
  2. I've created an account but still can't log in!  Your account has not yet been authorized.  It can take 24-48 hours for authorization.  Keep in mind, you must be a wholesale customer with a valid Resale Tax Id # to be authorized.
  3. What kind of businesses will be authorized?  We sell to wholesale customers with brick and mortar locations.  We do not sell to customers with online stores.
  4. What is the minimum order?  The minimum order is $50 (not including shipping).
  5. I want my Finders Key Purse® to come on the pink large cards, but I can't find that option? In the interest of simplicity, we've updated our site to show Finders Key Purse® only on the purple Small Spaces cards (2.25" x 4") that fit on our Small Spaces acrylic displays. If you prefer the pink larger card (3.5" x 6") that fits on our older black wire displays, please make a note in the Special Instructions area during checkout.
  6. How is the shipping cost determined?   We determine freight costs based on Ship To location and shipments size. During the checkout process you will be prompted to choose your shipping cost that corresponds to the quantity of pieces ordered and if there is a display on the order. Please make sure to choose the correct shipping cost as your order will be held until we contact you for approval to charge the additional amount.
  7. How come my order won't check out?  If your order does not meet our minimum ($50 in product) you will not be able to continue the checkout process.
